Our client is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Sr. Sales Executive to spearhead their business expansion in the US. This pivotal role focuses on IT services, including Product Innovation, Enterprise Cloud & Real World AI. As a Sr. Sales Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of their growth, driving the acquisition of qualified business opportunities through nurturing leads from various channels, and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders. Your mission will be to introduce potential customers to the transformative value our client offers, set up impactful meetings, and work with presales and other teams to close deals successfully.
Role Responsibilities:
- Research high value accounts, identify leads, generate interest and develop accounts to stimulate opportunities
- Building and deepening executive relationships with strategic customer base to help influence their long-term technology and business decisions; Add value and be viewed as a trusted advisor by bringing compelling insights and ideas with follow-through execution.
- Lead detailed account strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities, working cross-functionally with multiple lines of business including implementation partners – all to maximize business impact and open up opportunities with large enterprise customers
- Lead and manage entire sales-cycles with experience in negotiating terms and understanding associated business risks (including presenting multi-year agreements to CEO and C-level executives)
- Discuss with respective stakeholders in the planning and determination of specific account prospects and forecasting short and long-term funnel of sales activities.
- Make sales calls on prospects, develops and maintains contact and rapport with appropriate personnel; questions prospects on needs, client requirements and current client problems; outlines basic product needs, coordinates and develops proposals.
- Prepare presentations of proposals; anticipates problem areas and points of potential sales resistance and closes business
- Develop joint business development and growth strategies with partner channels to maximize business penetration within the US Region
- Represent the company at various industry events (IT Expo, seminars, conferences, etc.) and conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations and interact with prospects and clients, etc.
- Work with our client’s US team on strategic business partner initiatives, territory promotional programs and other territory or industry relationships to maximize and leverage partner, distribution and revenue opportunities
- Produce and present weekly sales report to the management
