Role Definition:

They are seeking a seasoned Business Development Executive to join their sales organization to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and expansion. If you are someone who likes growing a business, this role is right for you!

The ideal candidate will have a proven record of high performance with a hunter mentality for mining new accounts/opportunities at the executive level.  The candidate will develop revenue-producing relationships with decision-making C-level executives, as well as drive the sales cycle of all assigned sales opportunities from initial prospect communication through contract execution.

This role is responsible for the acquisition and development of strategic customers, engage with new prospects and sell service solutions. Strong networks and relationships inside their target accounts will be a major advantage. Two core focus areas include Business Development/Sales with a Customer Service and Satisfaction mindset.

Functions:

  • Place outbound calls to prospect for developing new leads
  • Execute established daily cadence of prospecting and conversations to qualify leads and create new Sales Qualified Leads
  • Contact and follow up with inbound leads generated from various marketing campaigns across different advertising platforms and convert into sales
  • Achieve lead generation, prospecting and other sales management goals designed to build an optimal sales pipeline.
  • Personally develop strong, long-term relationships and referrals with senior management at existing customers and targeted companies.
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Effectively communicate value proposition as it relates to their services and products.
  • Monitor and mediate all necessary communications between customer, partner, and technical resources within each account through defined sales cycle.
  • Maintain internal communications within executive team relative to specific opportunities and the associated requirements utilizing the standard CRM tools and reports.

Qualifications Required (Skills):

  • Have at least 3 years’ experience in B2B Sales & Delivery in client-facing roles in the professional services/ technology industries (Big 4 experience a plus)
  • Have experience in delivering consulting/professional service solutions
  • Self-driven with a record of establishing and delivering solutions to clients
  • Team player
  • Documented track record of success and quota achievement
  • Preparation and presenting of sales proposals
  • Must display accountability along with desire for personal growth and ownership
  • Adept at building and maintaining deep relationships at customers, requiring an engaging personality to foster this initiative.
  • Self-motivated and ability to follow written/verbal instructions and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Has proven track record of sales success in Information Technology industry.
  • Excellent communication and command of English language, interpersonal, leadership, presentation, problem solving, and analytical skills.
