Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Specialist with a strong background in solutions sales, especially in Business productivity applications (Document Management, process management, project management, field management), ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management). As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and closing sales deals for their tailored digital transformation solutions.
- Identify and prospect potential customers in the target market segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in customer organizations.
- Understand customer requirements, pain points, and business objectives to propose tailored digital transformation solutions.
- Present and demonstrate their solutions to customers, highlighting the value proposition and benefits.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including pre-sales, product, and implementation teams, to ensure smooth handover and successful project delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities in the relevant solutions space.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and activity reports to sales management.
- Continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills through training, workshops, and self-study.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in services sales, with a focus on business applications, preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in the b2b space.
- Deep understanding of solution concepts, technologies, and business applications.
- Strong knowledge of the sales process, including lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers at various levels within an organization.
- Result-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving technology landscape.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
